The Iowa Waste Exchange (IWE) matches by-products and materials with groups interested in using or recycling those materials. Since 1990, this free, non-regulatory program has diverted more than 3.5 million tons of materials from the landfill and put it into production and use. Contact your local IWE representatives for assistance.
