The presenter will be Richard Keller, Baltimore County (MD) Bureau of Solid Waste Management, Recycling Division. He has more than 40 years of legislative, policy and implementation experience in buy recycling programs. He has conducted more than 180 training programs on buying recycled programs and is the author of the Buy Recycled Training Manual
